We're a small, pre-launch team — we don't have a compliance certification to show you yet. What we can show you is how we actually handle data today.
Conversations aren't stored
Messages you send to this chatbot are forwarded to our AI provider to generate a reply and are not saved to a database by us. Standard request logs (timestamps, IP address) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes.
HTTPS, security headers, rate limiting
The site enforces HTTPS in production, sends standard security headers (CSP, HSTS), and rate-limits the chat endpoint to reduce abuse.
Scoped, view-only access
External Viewer for Jira grants view-only access to specific, admin-selected issues — it doesn't grant broader Jira permissions or bypass your existing Jira permission model.
No ad trackers
